Eliza Halder is a Senior Director at Stott Development Solutions Group. She joined the SDSG team in 2022 with 17 years of experience serving national and local non-profits. Eliza specializes in developing mission-based messaging, distilling and articulating organizational strategy and goal setting to maximize fund development efforts, and supporting clients in the development and execution of strategic initiatives that raise revenue and drive mission impact.
Eliza draws from a breadth of experience in event planning, project management, and strategic fundraising from positions at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts; Food & Friends, a Washington D.C.-area non-profit; and Share Our Strength, a national non-profit working to end childhood hunger in the US. Most recently, at Share Our Strength, Eliza provided strategic direction and developed operational systems to solicit and steward impact-driven, six-figure gifts from corporations, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. She now brings this expertise to her work with SDSG clients, developing solicitation and stewardship strategy across a broad range of revenue streams and building operational systems for cross-departmental collaboration.
Eliza graduated with a BA degree from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and received her MPhil in Modern European History from Cambridge University. She is a native of Washington D.C. and London, England, but now resides in Minneapolis with her husband, two cats, and a rotating crew of foster kittens.
