Allison Palmer is an Associate at Stott Development Solutions Group. Since joining the SDSG Team in 2020, Allison has supported a number of clients on everything from funder research to materials development. Prior to joining SDSG, Allison served as the Donor Relations & Programs Coordinator for the John Muir Health Foundation, a non-profit that supports the John Muir Health hospital system in the East Bay Area.
Allison’s background in donor relations is rooted in a foundation of making donors feel appreciated, informed, and a part of the non-profit family. Allison has a breadth of experience in building relationships with donors and community cohorts, and translating those connections into long lasting partnerships. At the John Muir Health Foundation and at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Allison developed extensive event planning and execution experience. Allison enjoys working with donors one-on-one and managing both funder and volunteer cohorts.
Allison received a B.A. in Communications Studies and a B.A. in Multicultural & Gender Studies from California State University, Chico. She lives in Berkeley, CA and enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and bakeries.

Abby Sculley is a Client Associate at Stott Development Solutions Group. Abby provides client partners with a range of services spanning project management, client support, and funder intelligence. Her professional background in fundraising and operations for nonprofits and political organizations stems from Abby’s personal passion for advocacy work and civic engagement. Prior to joining SDSG, Abby served as the Deputy Director of Community Engagement for Mind the Gap 2020, a donor advice firm utilizing an evidence-based approach to political donations. At Mind the Gap 2020, Abby performed all levels of donor engagement throughout the solicitation cycle, from prospect identification through stewardship, for high-net worth donors.
Previously, Abby worked in operations for Tom Steyer 2020, and led grant management for Power for All, an international nonprofit working in decentralized renewable energy. Through her experience working across small- and large-scale not-for-profit campaigns and programs, Abby has gained a deep and nuanced understanding of operations and fundraising best practices.
Abby received a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Global Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. She lives in San Francisco, CA and enjoys rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding, and cooking.
